      GTH bucket elevator After TD and th hoists have been widely used in various industries, on the basis of maintaining the original advantages and performance of TD and th hoists, we have introduced, developed and produced a ¥ material elevator. The letter "g" stands for "* *, high promotion".

Features and uses of GTH * * bucket elevator:

1. GTH bucket elevator has the characteristics of large conveying capacity, high lifting height, stable operation and long service life. It is suitable for vertical transportation of dry bulk materials, and can be widely used in the material transportation system of building materials, chemical industry, coal, electric power, port transportation and other industries.
2. GTH type is ring chain type with high strength chain as traction part. The chain is manufactured according to GB / t12718-91 "high strength circular chain for mining".
There are two kinds of hoppers in this equipment:
BD and DH type, this is a deep type bucket, generally suitable for conveying dry, loose, easy to throw, good liquidity materials, such as cement, coal, gravel, grain and other materials.
Type AD and ah are shallower than deep ones. They are suitable for materials with poor fluidity and slightly wet, such as sand, coal and chemical raw materials.
3. The head, tail and middle casing of the machine are sealed, so the materials and dust rarely overflow and cause environmental pollution.
This machine is gravity or mixing type.
5. The upper wheel of GTH type bucket elevator is assembled sprocket, and the rim is connected to the wheel body with high strength steel bolts. After the sprocket wheel is worn, it is only necessary to replace the wheel flange, which is convenient for maintenance, saves raw materials and reduces maintenance costs. The lower wheel is replaced by a flange wheel, which completely changes the defects of the original double chain wheel with high cost and easy chain shedding.
6. The upper wheel of GTH type adopts beveled smooth wheel, which has self centering function and can avoid belt deviation.
7. The lower part of the machine is equipped with a material level device and a speed controller, which can be made by users according to their needs, so as to achieve the purpose of electric automatic control.
8. There are two kinds of tension devices. For the model with lifting height no more than 25m, screw rod is generally used for tightening; for the model with lifting height greater than 25m, gravity tensioning is selected. Please specify the special requirements when ordering.
